  • A Spouse or common-law partner who has specific language skills and education.
  • Nomination from a province or territory.
  • Job offer from a company or other business through the (LMIA) Program.
  • You have a brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident.
  • Strong French language, reading, writing skills.

Making The Application:  

 You will have to decide whether to make the application on your own or to use an immigration Professional.
